Winner by obtaining the golden snitch or higher points. 
No using magic on the golden snitch. 
Magic can be used offensively and defensively against players.
No BFR.  
No Killing (Or disqualified) 
No using powers to mess with space/time.  
Only magic can be used. (Doom can't use his tech.)

I think that Zatanna and Black Alice will be the main objectives for Marvel team, besides Strange going at Fate.

Well, I didn't state that Doom was classic. Not sure how it would go if Doom was current.

I didn't see prep. and even with prep, there's little they can do. dc team would know who's the most powerful with prep too. black alice will take strange's power as soon as the battle started. they can't stop it fast enough. and since it's a no killing competition zatanna could just say "freeze" backwards to the marvel team while the rest has no way of dealing silver age fate's speed.

I think everyone will underestimate Wiccan, who because of his youth and natural agility will get the Golden Snich in a very Harry Potter moment.  Or Doom just cheats and Marvel wins because of it, or gets disqualified for it.
