Kid flash would take it. He can enter light speed then IMP them.

Kid Flash or Robin if he's allowed a little prep

i am thinking raven or ms. martian wins this.

wally wasn't really all that impressive when he was kid flash.

He was more impressive as kid Flash than when he first became the Flash after COIE and Barry's death. When he first took up the mantle he was only a sonic level speedster who would be exhausted from running across country. He also had to eat copious amounts of food for energy. IMP however wasn't on the table back then and neither was vibrating through things for Wally

@beatboks1: i am well aware that he lost speed before he became the flash. but he was always getting defeated fairly easy.

Blue Beetle. Seriously, Its like having auto prep and a shitload of alien weapons to utilize those plans.

Getting the wind knocked out of his sails because he was a hot head and getting defeated aren't exactly the same thing. he let his emotions get in his road a lot, but he was still reasonably impressive power wise. he tended to use the wind vortex from spinning his hands quite a damn lot.

@beatboks1: yeah he did use the wind vortex a lot. i just don't think he was good enough as kid flash to solo every one. he was always getting tagged back then.

i think that everybody is thinking of wally as he is pre 52. he wasn't all that when he was kid flash and a titan.
