DC Team vs Marvel Team

So me and my friends recently started a "discussion" (more of an argument) on a team of 5 DC characters vs. 5 Marvel characters.

The DC characters are Green Lantern, Flash, Martian Manhunter, Wonder Woman, and Batman.

The Marvel characters are Thor, Wolverine, Captain America, Iron Man, and Spiderman.

The match-ups are:

1. Green Lantern vs. Iron Man

2. Flash vs. Wolverine

3. Martian Manhunter vs. Thor

4. Wonder Woman vs. Captain America

5. and finally Batman vs. Spiderman

The battles are just plain no special suits or abilities.

I personally think these would be the winners.

1. Green Lantern

2. Wolverine

3. Martian Manhunter

4. Wonder Woman

5. I really don't know who would win this one.

I need facts on why who would win.

If you guys have any other suggestions for 5 vs. 5 match-ups between DC and Marvel, that would be better, I am open to suggestions.
