Between Hulk and Thor I think Supes loses. Ironman basically would serve as a distraction to Superman for about 5 second before he was done. Captain America and Hawkeye should just run away because the destruction from this fight would leave them in pieces.

WB Hulk? Which is the hulk (except like 10 time stronger) and with the power cosmic. I'm pretty sure He'd be enough to take on Superman. Not win though.

With Thor's help they would win. Not easy though, because Superman is stronger than them both one at a time

Superman was moving pretty dangerous in this series.

The World breaker Hulk we are talking about isnt the cosmic powered one.

Iron man Cap and Hawkeye are none factors here,

Thor and Hulk have more then enough strength feats to keep on par with Superman i think he would be over powered by the two at once
