Superman, Supergirl and several other Kryptonians tank the explosion of New Krypton, a Planet at least the size of Earth. Superman and the other Kryptonians get hit by the explosive shockwave from a distance way, whereas Supergirl tanked that explosion from nearly point-blank range:
After the explosion, Superman had begun to search for survivors and eventually finds Kara among the debris left over from the explosion - beyond having trauma from the experience, mostly due to her mother having died, she had suffered no physical injuries despite her proximity:
Not only does this feat showcase Supergirl's durability, but it also has shown the difference in ability between the Kryptonians - most of the Kryptonians that were on New Krypton had died from the explosion because they were all more recently exposed to Yellow Sunlight and hadn't been absorbing Solar Energy for nearly as long as other Kryptonians, such as Superman, Supergirl, and even General Zod, who actually survived the Planetary explosion.
Despite being blown back from much further away, it's obvious that Superman also wasn't injured from this explosion - considering how much longer he's been on Earth and how much more Yellow Sunlight his cellular structure have absorbed, it's obvious that his durability would exceed that of Supergirl's.

Martian girl can just phase and the radiation will just pass her, SG is superfast, so speed blitz.
@jestersmiles: Is she just gonna phase indefinitely? Speed blitz does not work against WBH the way it does against other Hulk versions.

Plus she just like MMH that she can use her phasing as offensive tactic. speed blitz won't work? says who? when has hulk faced two caliber blitzer like Pre 52 Sg and WW? and how many times have people had tried to speed blitz hulk and failed for you to say without a shadow of a doubt that it won't work against him? Sounds like Bs to me.
@jestersmiles: I am not sure how or if that will work against WBH in his state. He is just a nuclear reactor going haywire. WBH is not normal Hulk... The equavelent of 310 Tsar nukes going off constantly in their faces guarantees no blitz. That's how i know without a shadow of doubt that it wont work against him. Ghostravage himself has made this point million times, i am honestly surprised people still push the notion that WBH will get blitzed...

He still has no answer to Martian girl, and has the gamma burst stopped any one from speed Blitzing before?
@jestersmiles: his gamma burst wiped out half of Las Vegas instantly and was threatening North amercia whilst he was holding back. It also blew away amoed versions of bi-beast, wendigo and arm'cheddon as well as blowing up a planet and its two moons.
I think the absolute least it'll do is slow the team down.
Yall do realize that sun is a lot more than 310 tsar bombs and kryptonians can take both that tepmerature and radiation levels. Hulks gamma bursts would not stop Kara from blitzing.
M'gann isn't one for phasing out organs and the like..she's actually more of a pacifist than J'onn most of the time. She'll run headfirst into Hulk and die just like Kara and more than likely Diana.
@chimeroid: that's the equiavalent of saying hulk is durable because gamma bombs don't hurt him. I highly doubt the thing that powers you is going to hurt you.
@thedailybagel: The fact that sun powers them doesnt take away from the fact that they can take the heat and the radiation of the sun. Or do you think throwing a solar panel in the sun would just make it work better?
It is a durability feat as well. Yes, it powers them but there is still heat and radiation there.
@chimeroid: the radiation is what powers them. Other characters such as thor or beta Ray bill but can chill in stars without a problem. It's an overrated feat in general, especially when kryptonians can be hurt by far less. I mean, hulk can chill in gamma bombs (which at ground zero apparently have the same heat output as the sun). Does that mean he can't be hurt by anything under sun level?
@thedailybagel: Temperature wise. Yes. Heat shouldnt bother him if it is not on those levels. Also, since you are at that point. Do you think he can be hurt by other forms of radiation?

No, but then again I don't think Las Vegas should be blown up by pure gamma radiation either. Hulk's gamma burst isn't like being hit by real life gamma rays, it's an explosion that has blown apart planets.

Since he makes those temperatures it is safe to assume he can tank them otherwise he would just die from it.
I though he needed to "use" the continent busting burst and that it usually only destroys smaller areas. Thus speed blitz being an option.

What? I don't get what the first part means and if by small areas you mean planets, then sure. The 'small areas' he threatened were continents whilst he was holding back. He blew up planets when he cut loose. So,I'd love to see Kara attempt to even hurt him.
@thedailybagel: By small areas i meant east side of Las Vegas IIRC. He did blow up planets when he cut loose and then clashed with Red She Hulk. I believe he could get blitzed long before he tried to cut loose.
@chimeroid: even if they manage to blitz him, that's a death wish in its self. His gamma burst works like a sponge, if force is applied to hulk more force is released, which is why he never takes footsteps in his worldbreaker form. So either way, Kara and then rest of the team get blown away.
@jestersmiles: Well she can't do anything to him either. Nobody could even stand near him for the blitz to happen only RSH who was his equal at the time. His gamma burst blew everyone back.
