DBZ Vs Silver Surfer (READ STORY FIRST!!!)

The Silver Surfer travels to the DBZ Multi-verse to find a planet large enough to feed his master; Galactus. However, all is not as it seems when he cannot find a single energy signiture; no life, no planets, nothing. He soars to the ends of the multi-verse in search of a planet but prevails not. Until he encounters a powerful, armoured humanoid. The Surfer stares in awe as this being effortlessly dwarfs him, standing over 2,000 feet tall. 
 
This beings reveals itself as the sum total of everything to have existed in the Dragonball Multi-verse; every being, every planet, and every source of power which has and will exist within Dragonball. He claims he knew long of the Surfer's plans long before he arrived. The Surfer amps himself up to his full powers and then engages this seemingly powerful entity. Who Wins?

I firmly believe this thread was a mistake to make. 

Yeah, I don't see how we can debate for or against the character that doesn't exist at all.

So SS vs a multiversal entity? are you on crack?

So every DB character combined vs SS? Why do i still have the feeling that people are going to say this is spite against the DB character?

How am I suppose to answer this question? Your hypothetical character here is featless. But, Silver Surfer could EFFORTLESSLY destroy every single character in the DragonBall verse at once, together if that helps. DBZ characters are nothing to Silver Surfer.
