If it were Prime 1 million I'd say Prime 1mil would win.  That would be like a version of Broly who increased his power for 15,000 years and became immune to all his former weaknesses.   Anything short of that, however, and DBZ Multiverse destroys in the most massive curbstomp. 

While the relative power levels and speeds are arguable, what is not arguable is that there are magic users in the DBZ multiverse as well as top level scientists who would no doubt be able to use his weaknesses of the red sun and Kryptonize against him.  In taking on the entire multiverse, Superman is horribly doomed.  Of course, that's assuming that insanely powerful characters such as LSSJ Broly, Vegito, Gogeta, or Kid Buu don't just outright murder him.
 
Now, I understand how DC fans can look at the DBZ manga and rule out anything that doesn't match a specific view of the show and come to the conclusion that DBZ characters are well below Superman's strength.  But when you include the non-canon stuff as this fight does, such a view point is no longer valid or rational.
