I'm thinking Cap would wipe the floor with her..he'd be able to block any pyrokinetic attack with his shield..and he has the upperhand in unarmed combat...
Captain America may have ways not to be dazzled with her light display but he can not just dodge laser beams coming from all possible directions at once.

Especially if she blinds him first, which she could easily do. Her flight and energy barriers would make it impossible for Cap to hit her if she uses them.

You don't need to be a skilled combatant when you can put up a force field that prevents all your enemy's attacks. She could "blast away" from safely inside a dome of solid light in too many directions for Cap to defend against at once.

So he loses his vision voluntarily instead of having her do it? Either way, he can't see. And he can't do that fast enough anyway. If she flashes brighter than a star, he'll be blinded at light speed, before he even moves to raise his shield.
And her forcefield isn't used very often and she's a generally incompetant fighter."
what she lacks in fight she makes up for in other areas....she has distance, she can create holograms/illusions, forcefields, she just has more at her disposal than he does

Look at what I said to Vance.
She used her forcefield quite a bit during her recent time in Excalibur and though she died a couple times over the course of the series, she was able to hold her own against the enemies she faced, from mercenaries to mutants to alternate Captain Britains.
Unless Dazzler got way better during Excalibur, yeah.
She's always been a complete pushover. This is the girl that koed herself trying to hurt the Juggernaut. He didn't even have to hit her. She's more of a singer than a superhero.
