Data vs. MCU Captain America

Round 1: Both are unarmed.

Round 2: Captain America has his shield, but Data is unarmed.

Round 3: Data has a phaser; Captain America has his shield.

The individuals meet in the back corridor of the Galleria Mall, at the point in the attached video where the custodian is shot. Nobody else is present, though people are obviously in the main part of the mall.

Random encounter. Captain America has morals off for Rounds 1 and 3.

Rd2 - Even worse

Rd3 - Could be interesting but only if the phaser isn't set to stun. I doubt he could stun Cap and he really telegraphs his shots so even if it set to vaporize Vap could dodge.

Data wins every round easily. Data has vastly superior strength and is capable of tossing a borg across a room with casual effort and kne handed. His coordination is vastly superior at high speed, being capable of painting dozens of pictures in a few hours, reorganizing the entire set of the enterprises isolinear chips in minutes, and quickdrawing so fast it is almost imperceptible. His physical body is also exceptionally durable against blunt force. Cap will do some supercicial damage, but ultimately be restrained, especially if the vulcan nerve pinch is effective on him.
