I don't know enough about the limits of beetle's powers to say for sure but I think apocalypse wins this although if they were all merged into one being he might have some problem from what I have read. apocalypse could possibly take control of vision and maybe the beetle armor but again I don't know much about him so I can't say fore sure.

can apoc hit intangible objects? idk if apoc could do it to BB and i dont know if BB could do it to Apoc. Id need more info.
I have always assumed that if they both phased there molecules the same way while intangible they could hit each other but I have never seen this done so I am unsure.
the only thing I can think of that supports what I am saying is that kitty was trapped in a giant bullet that was phased like her so she couldn't phase out of it.
