Forget force choke, Vader simply hacks him.

 

One similarity they have is that they work for the true antagonists (Emperor Palpatine for Darth Vader and Ozwell E. Spencer for Wesker) and they kill them.

Vader wins. Wesker is crafty, but his abilities "are insignificant next to the power of the Force."

There is a difference between using the force and Ashford pyrokinetic. Overrrated Vader isn't that good. One thing Wesker doesn't breathe so force choking isn't going to work. He might can throw Wesker around quite a few times but Wesker is durable enough to take it. Plus Wesker carries around a Desert Eagle.  Vader has no defense against that.  By the time Vader tries to raise his hand to use the force, Wesker would have already put four shots in his dome.

What takes Vader so much higher than Albert?

The fact that he wrecks buildings and building sized tanks casually with the force? The fact that he has a weapon that can oneshot Wesker and the reflexes to tag him? The fact that he's comparably strong and durable?

@thanofleeze: TK in the 50+ tonne range I believe. Not to mention he is just as fast or faster than Wesker in close combat. Actually he should be faster.
