Surik, probably. Vader is more powerful in the Force, but Meetra is probably the more skilled duelist at this point. I think, that skill gap eclipses the power gap, maybe.

Exile's more skilled (about RotJ Vader level, probably) and if anything, more powerful by virtue of being more powerful than Traya.
