Nice scans but your theory is pretty far fetched - how can you know that blaster bolts are on a par with lightning bolt? Also Storm weather manipulations are not just limited to lightning. She can also control winds, drastically change temperature etc. All comes down to question: can Vader choke Storm before she change weather so drastically that Vader won't be able to survive? In movies force choke worked rather slowly so I say Storm would win.
