Darth Baras/Darth Nox vs. Sora Bulq/Savage Opress

Nox could probably wreck Sora with her powers, but physically, she's outclassed by Savage, and I'm tempted to claim that despite her skill feats, Sora is a tier ahead in skill.

Baras has nothing to compare, really. He fought evenly with Satele Shan who lost to Malgus and who fought evenly with a featless Darth Mekhis. And he lost to the Wrath.

Both Baras and Nox do have LIghtning to subdue Savage with. Nox's Lightning is extremely powerful and that alone could be the edge, but Baras has no feats with Lightning that I know of.

Dark Council Team

Interesting. Dark council team should take it after a bit of a fight. Nox is more powerful than both, and at least a better dualist than Savage, while Baras should be able to contend with Bulq in a duel.

Team 1 overpowers team 2 9/10

What's Nox doing here? She's either the second weakest or the weakest overall.

Team 2. Sora is the best swordsman but arguably the weakest Force user. Savage is probably the strongest but a less talented swordsman.

Sora beats Nox in a close fight if the Force comes into play, while Savage vs Baras can go either way but shifts once Sora helps.
