In my opinion dc most powerful villains who wins and why.
Darksied vs imperiex.
@Hoboseid: Did you read Our Worlds At War? Darkseid was not able to defeat Imperiex, which is why he worked in conjunction with earths heroes and created the Entropy Aegis for Steel. Whats Darkseids greatest feat? Is it comparable to the destruction of an entire galaxy?

He created the Entropy Aegis for Superman, not Steel.
Imperiex is on a whole different level he was going to destroy the universe and create another big bang. He is a universal threat. Darkseid is powerful but he has trouble with the likes of super man and If you take it Doomsday who Imperiex Turned into a skeleton. okay ( scratch that he can take supes but he did get beaten by H/P doomsday.)
. Imperiex would only be challenged by Soulfire Formula Darkseid........and he would still be able to win.

Darksied beats the bigtin can, as jobby as Darksied can be he should in this with more consistent feats and I think the Omega Beams will work fine
Why do you have to troll in every Darkseid thread there is..........I mean really.

@WillPayton: Yeah well, semantics. He created it for the good guys and Steel ended up using it.
Not to dwell on semantics, but, it's not semantics. =)
@WillPayton: It is semantics. Superman was standing there when Darkseid presented the armor but I don't think he ever said, "here, a gift for you Kal-EL, I want you specifically to wear this"
@Hoboseid: Darkseid could take one of the Probes, especially the (apparently) weaker ones that Superman and Doomsday were tearing through. But Imperiex Prime? No chance. Darkseid was a key character in the only arc that Imperiex appears in, and he had plenty of prep time and still allied himself with Superman and others to fight Imperiex. He can't fight Imperiex solo and he knows it, which is why he didn't even bother trying.

Actually he said "It is yours to wear!"or something like that, so I'm pretty sure that was what he intended.

He said "take a good, hard look at the one thing that will allow you to get close enough to Imperiex to do real damage" and "it is yours to wear!" and "yours Superman! As much as it galls me to admit it, you are the best creature for the job. Imperiex seems to have a particular concern with you." (bold emphasis from text)
In any case, the discussion was about who he gave it to, and as such it's not semantics.

Wait I just thought about it and which Imperiex µdid you mean?
I know that some people can get confused if you only see on version.
this version:
Or this one:
@ancient_0f_days: soulfire DS would win
Imperiex... with ease, there was a reason why Darkseid allied himself with Earth during the Our Worlds at War stoy.
