I gotta say Thanos, he brought low the entire Marvel universe and i mean entire. His disgustingly devious and superb intellect give him this i think.

Tie. They're basically the same thing, except Thanos conquered his Universe using a super-powered artifact, which Darkseid isn't lucky enough to have.
