Round 2. Thanos is restricted to energy/ranged attacks. Darkseid, to physical ones only.

-Win by any means.

-Pre and New-52 feats/versions allowed for Darkseid.

Darkseid both rounds.

Round 1) Maybe Darkside.

Round2) Thanos wins eventually. Darkside hasn't shown the same level of durability.

what puts Darkseid even on Thanos level to make this a fair match up.

Scratch what I said because I haven't kept up with New 52 Darkseid.Can anyone share if Darkseid received a massive power up from World's End,etc.?

Round one goes to Darksied. Round two most likely goes to Thanos.

SMH, Thanos and Darkseid are on the same level. Thanos is just better. That doesn't mean he outclasses Uxas.
