Rules
Darkseid can't use his Omega Beams.
Darkseid is so strong he can pimp slap Superman and send him flying, fast enough to react and dodge blows from lightspeed level characters, and durable enough to take blows without flinching from Superman and other equivilently strong superheroes. Darkseid takes this with or without Omega Beams.
@themagicstik: But Darkseid is only 50 % ready for this match does it make any difference ?
@zeroplus: The thing about Solomon is that his power is so inconsistent, I mean he's a Batman villain at times but on the other hand sometimes he is a threat strong enough to fight all the heavy hitters of the JLeague, so I can't really say which version is his strongest but the ones I have seen would not be a match for Darkseid, maybe somebody knows more about Grundy and can step in and point out the point when he was strongest, maybe that can contest DS but I'm not sure.
@themagicstik: Yes, you're right i think DS would beat Grundy too !

True
Darkseid wrecks him. Only way to beat Darkseid is with plot devices, the likes of which Solomon does not posses. Darkseid can simply BFR Grundy with a casual boom tube.
Wait, ya mean like Grundy with his physically most powerful verision with smart verision Grundys intelligence?
I think Grundy can win darkside is at 50% and Grundy is at his peak both in body and mind. at his strongest Grundy was able to go toe to toe whit superman who can fight a fully power Darksied with a chance to win.
the no omega beams rule gives this to Grundy 6/10 times
With these specs Grundy should win.
how
@ancient_0f_days: Grundy at his "most powerful" is a leaguebuster if memory serves (or maybe that was a JLU episode) and I know that "smart Grundy" is an evil genius. Darkseid is at half mast and cannot access his most powerful ability. Solomon wins.

Solomon team busting wasn't JLU, Grundy was kinda weak in the JLU. I think it was in a Pre-52 issue of JLA.
