True, although don't think Darkseid could contend with what Moira could do to him.

He can't. But under these conditions, even if Legion went all out there's nothing he could really do to drop Darkseid.

Well, going to go with Doomsday rules since he can't stay down for good. If Legion manages to kill Darkseid once, even if he resurrects it counts as a loss. Seeing how the Spectre killed him, turned him into a pile of bones, and he returned.

I don't think Legion can kill him even once. Aside from reality warping and time manipulation, Darkseid is too powerful for the rest of his abilities to handle.

Spectre's a lot more powerful than Legion anyway.

just to be sure.... you aren't using all versions of Darkseid (since most say that they are the same Darkseid), because if you were .... I bet that the GDS feats top anything legion has to offer (i do not know much about Legion so don't take my word for it, i will reseach him to make my point more valid).

Not really, no.

Random encounter Darkseid wins.

Encounters where you restrict the abilities of one contestant are pretty much worthless. 

With these restriction Darkseid curbstomp.

Give Legion either Moira or his True Legion personality (the one that killed the elder gods) and Legion could beat him else like Bane said there isnt much Legion can go.

I made a similar thread with thanos in instead of Darkseid. Everyone agreed that with these limitation Thanos is too durable for Legion to affect, the same should be true for Darkseid.
