Darkeseid wins this battle.... no question, then thanos drops by with the gauntlet and shatter darkseid into pieces while lauging at apocalypse for even try.

My oppinion:

Darkseid stats:

1.Superman level STR and a bit more, 2.lower than Dommsday SPEED, 3.brawler COMBAT level, 4.little REGENERATION, 5.more than Superman INVINCIBILITY, 6.one of the strongest at STARE CONTEST (Omega Beam), 7. has some telepathy and telekinesis 8. matter and energy manipulation, 9. IDK about force fields, 10.teleportation, 11.intelligence level 7.8/10, 12. preparation level and cunning 8.9/10 13. has a whole planet and it's sector at his disposal

Weakness: RADEON, physical, energy, telepathic,force(like gravity or friction) and magic attacks can harm him.

Apocalypse stats:

1.More than Hulk STR, 2.lesser than Gambit SPEED, 3. brawler mixed with metamorphosis combat level, 4.more than lesser REGENERATION, 5.almost celestial level INVINCIBILITY, 6. Powerful energy beams from his hands - power increases dramatically with his size, 7. some telepathy and telekinesis (guess better than Darkseid), 8. energy and matter manipulation (much more than Darkseid at matter manipulation), 9.very powerful force fields and shields, 10.time and space control since sometime and teleportation, 11,intelligence level 8.9 since he's ancient old and has scientist knowledge, 12 preparation level and cunning 9/10

Weakness: grows old and must take shower to keep young when he's very vulnerable, physical, energy, force, magic and especially telepathic attacks.

Conclusion:

Home/nest range: I'd say none since no powerful telepathy.

Long range:I'd say omega beams are more controllable and precise so Darkseid wins even though Apocalypse has much bigger gun caliber.

Short range: Apocalypse since he has a shield that can resist those beams and is able to see when Darkseid attacks furthermore Apokalypse's caliber will be very difficult to dodge for long time.

Melee range: Darkseid is stronger and has more penetration to his omega beams and Apocalipse is more versatile with his metamorphosis, and triple durable with his shields, celestial armor, and size control and can increase his strength much over Darkesid at cost of speed and agility but increases firepower also.

Hand to hand combat: Darkseid wins no doubt.

With BFR and PREP I guess Apocalypse has more chances.

no BFR and PREP I guess both have equal chances Darkseid agains Apocalypse is not Superman vs Apocalypse wich is different since Superman has flight, incredible speed wich woukd be decided mostly about the location where they would be(red sun, yellow etc.). In this fight Darkseid misses speed to keep up with Apocalypse flight and short range teleportation-in this sector Apocalypse owns Darkseid.

Apocalypse has more powers and his powers are on a higher range than Darkseid.Apocalypse can outsmart ds easily .Apocalypse can grow larger than Galactus and step on Darkseid.Apocalypse can turn into anything like Magus.Apocalypse has a full range of celestial powers. to even hurt apocalypse the x-men need their entire roster.Apocalypse can project psonic energy from his eyes or hand which equal Darkseids omega beams.the rest of apocalypses power sum to Darkseids power.Its impossible for DS to hurt apocalypse without any tool such as the soulfire but the tool shouldn't be as powerful as the soulfire of course.

But a serious question:

What's stopping Apoc from suspending 'Seid in the air, turning him around, and repeatedly hitting him with heavy objects until he's KO'd? Darkseid to my knowledge doesn't have telepathy, whereas Apocalypse does. He's not trying to mindbang him, because I'm sure that's a hell of a problem, but holding his 500lb (or whatever he weighs), in the air (faced the opposite way to avoid the Beams), and repeatedly pelting him with things (plus Apoc is immortal and regenerates, his stamina should be ridiculous), would Darkseid EVENTUALLY lose? Has he ever been KO'd before?

Actually Rick Reminder has made Apoc even more powerful and explained why it's hard for him to be killed or his armor pierced.... Basically Apoc armor is Celestial Armor (read vol 2 of Uncanny Avengers) it took a special kind of spell for his armor to be penetrated... Another thing that can kill him is the Life Seed... An example of just how powerful he is was when he was killed as a child and Archangel started to become the new Apocalypse, and he had the same power and armor as Apocalypse and he was able to beat AOA Jean Grey (fused with part of the Phoenix Force) Also Weapon X took his place in the AOA storyline and became the new Apocalypse and he also was able to defeat Jean Grey with the Phoenix Force.... She didn't have all of the full power of the Phoenix, but she had the same amount as I recall of Earth 616 Jean Grey... She was stated to be powerful enough to destroy the world... Another example of Apoc might is that he knocks around Cable most of the time, and Cable fought Silver Surfer while holding up an entire island with his tk! Apocalypse has also beat Strfye real easy when Apoc was at full power, and Strfye has been able to beat both Cable and Nate Grey at the same time! Recently Apoc one shot an amped Hulk that was blood lusted (Kulh) I don't want to put too much faith in Kulh being way more powerful than average Hulk because Kulh has less feats, but it has been stated by Rick Reminder that Kulh was in fact an amped version of the Hulk... I mean he yelled and knocked Thor and the other Avengers down, and Scarlet Witch used one of her powerful spells on him and he laughed at her... Apoc knocked him down and Apoc was hurt when he did it...

to be fear Kluh knocked out thor bc he took him by surprise, and also in axis a moral off Thor was killing Apokalipse.

Actually yeah, it's a massive stomp. Darkseid could literally kill Apocalypse in the blink of an eye.

Apocalypse is a matter manipulator, so is Darkseid, except Darkseid is leagues above Apocalypse.

ROFL Darkseid is stronger than Superman is. New 52 Superman is able to bench the entire freaking planet. That's thousands of times stronger than Apocalypse is.

Darkseid could kill 10 Apocalypses if he wanted to. There is nothing Apocalypse can do here.

Let me know when Apocalypse can casually destroy planets with a single blast. Darkseid could simply look at Apocalypse and kill him instantly.

It's pretty sad that Marvel has written Apocalypse so terrible, almost no one takes him serious. The dude could easy be a Darkseid/Thanos level villain, but they constantly keep him down, and jobbing. It's pathetic and Marvel is dumb for it.

I don't think its fair to pit The "gods" of the DC universe against the "mad scientists" of marvel. Apocalypse is the more interesting character in my book and I'd always want him to win. but DC is the home of the Gods or to be more accurate the new gods. there's a good reason why certain characters don't share the same publisher. Darkseid would more than likey be taking on the big cosmic guns if he were in Marvel. Galactus, Eternity, ect. Apocalypse is more of terra firma kinda guy (most times). its kind like pitting apocalypse against thanos. you know the The Egyptian is a real tough guy but you kinda wonder if answering the Gauntlet Challenge is out of his league a bit. & yes I know Thanos doent always wear the gauntlet but you get the idea.
