Might stop at Riddler. Definitely stops at Mr. Freeze.

Darkman is somewhat lacking in fighting skills but he's strong enough to brake steel chains & throw grown men 15 feet with one hand.

I can definitely seen him losing to Freeze if Freeze can shoot him but he's slow & Darkman although not the greatest acrobat is pretty agile.
