Darkdevil's from the Spider-Grl series, which takes place in an alternate future. He's the son of Ben Reilly, and is possessed by Daredevil's ghost and by a bit of Zarathos. Basically he has Spider-Man powers like spider-sense, strength, agility, and wall-crawling, plus teleportation, being able to turn into a demon, and hellfire projection/creation, including hellfire billy clubs.
Gargoyle is a human soul in a demon's body, he has minor magic spells, plusl bio-mystical blasts that can drain life force or be concussive blasts (can blow up a house) or create fear, plus 2 tons strength and pretty good regeneration including new limbs, decent durability (bulletproof), temporary low-level force field, flight, and can shoot fire from his mouth.
