Fantastic four DID NOT beat him, Franklin Richards had to revive galactus with his sis in order for galactus to defeat Abraxas and the way that he  could eat abraxas was because he was the 1 who balanced abraxas between Eternity and him.

abraxas murders her. he was shown to destroy realities easily and is multiversal on a very high scale. phoenix gets handled by a giant robot....

I think Abraxas wins. Wasn't he just casually killing a bunch of Galactii across the multiverses? Dark Phoenix may be more powerful than Galactus on the avg, But I don't ever recall her casually treating him how Abraxas did.
