Now for the fight: Can Batman beat Spiderman without prep but he has all his gears as though he were prepping to fight Bane?

Haven't see TDKR yet so i dunno what his gear is but i'm pretty sure SM got this.

And yeah I heard about that Batman shoot out thing. There are some sick people in this world.......

unless Nolanman has a nuke I dont see whatever he could bring to the table to take on Spidey.

Times like this I wish I've seen both films. Though given how easily webbing in the trailers immobilizes individuals, Peter's likely enhanced physical stats vs an individual who looks already physically broken in the trailers from his previous caped crusading days, I'm more inclined to say Spiderman from the trailers.

That is unless he is sporting that flying bat-boom-boom mobile.

I have no idea why we had to have the shooting article here, seems awfully misplaced / inappropriate IMO.

This is a mis-match. Peter is multiple times faster, stronger, and suited enough to take on Bruce.

Haven't seen Batman yet but still,he's probably no different from the second movie.Spider-man shown incredible durability,speed and superior strength.

Garfield Spiderman wasn't THAT great. I'm sure Batman with his gear can do something about him.

This is pretty mismatch. Granted this time around you can see the lack of experience in Garfield's Spider-Man, as he is just starting out his crime fighting so his attacks and technique were sloppy and what not compared to Bat's honed and trained up skills. But Spidey's attributes far surpass, so he'd win based on them alone probably. And yes, twisted people out there. Don't know if it's appropriate here, but it makes me sick that someone would do such a thing.

@Magethor: Not really sure. No one seems to know. I just went and Dark Knight Rises with my wife this morning, and we got the news alert while we were on our way there. I can't say I know why he did it, other than he's a seriously unbalanced human being.
