Pre-52 comic versions of both characters. Both are in-character and the fight takes place in downtown Starling City. This is a two round fight:

1. Strictly hand-to-hand combat, start 15 feet away, win by KO or incapacitation
2. Standard gear for both, start 50 yards away with cover nearby, win by death, KO, or incapacitation
