Ultimate Sabertooth. Both Ultimate Creed and Daredevil have beaten their respective universes version of Beast [although Matt's feat was mostly off panel]. Ultimate Sabertooth has also beaten Ultimate Wolverine and fought Ultimate Captain America, although that fight didn't reach a conclusion.
I dunno, I remember Ult Sabretooth gettin regularly f'd up by Wolverine every time they met up.
I'm sure he jobbed plenty, but their first fight he dominated Wolverine. Wolverine got one slash across his face, where-as Creed did a kick flip to his head and KO'd him with a strike. He then tried to drown him but Wolverine stabbed him in the junk.

Ultimate Sabretooth has the capacity to not job as much as his 616 counterpart. I personally like this version plus they don't make that poor man wear a skirt either.
