You need to give more information. What weapons do they have? Where are they fighting? Are the innocent people around? How far apart do they begin? Do regular morals apply or are they bloodlusted? Do they know anything about each other?
@k4tzm4n: Good point, ok basically Daredevil has his basic arsenal and The Killer has dual pistols, a pair of knives and a sniper rifle should he need to take the battle to long range. Let's not forget his bullet bending powers since this is the movie version of Wesley.
The background is simple, The Killer travels to the world of Marvel to take out every single superhero he can find and he starts with Daredevil. But they know absolutely nothing about each other. Plenty of innocent people around.
@k4tzm4n: Considering its The Killer invading Marvel, it would be fair to give the home ground advantage to Daredevil so yeap Hell's Kitchen but then again it wouldn't matter that much to The Killer as he is no stranger to urban combat. And to spice things up a bit, Daredevil will kill The Killer if he has to, no qualms about it.
