Round 1: Predator. Round 2 could go either way.

All Matt has to do is roll around in Mudd and spit in the press face and then kicks it like a punching bag.

Predator has lost to humans who aren't half as skilled as Matt.

I feel like Matt would try to block the Throwing Disc thing, and would end up getting Cut up by it (If I remember correctly, Sirfizzwhizz claimed it had Molecule Cutting ability)

Movie 1: He was defeated by a military.

Movie 2: He was beaten by a police officer of Los Angeles.

Movie 3: He was murdered by a member of yakuza.

Invisibility is useless. The radar Daredevil find it anywhere.

Weapons are useless: Daredevil has avoided Iron-man and his tech.

Physical strength is useless: Daredevil won Tombstone and Hyde.

CONCLUSION: Daredevil is more agile, faster, have better reflexes, is way better fighter have radar and his super senses. In the movie Predator is incredible, but in the comics he is just a powerful jobber like Killer Croc,Tombstone, Clayface, Human-bat, Stilt-Man or Mr. Hyde.

Daredevil wins. easily.

Falcon: Killed by Hanzo((was most likely toying with him as well, which led to his downfall))

Berserker: Killed by Royce as he was caught off guard when he got Isabelle((pretty sure that's the name)) with the blade on his gauntlet by shooting it at her after he got shot via sniper rifle.

Predator. Daredevil's ''weaponary'' is not deadly enough.

I don't see a Predator bringing anything to the table that DD hasn't faced before. If anything, I'd see one being taken by surprise by DD's skill/senses. Predators tend to use their cloaking to study their foes in advance. DD will "spot" one with ease. He'll cleverly play dumb while ricocheting his weapons to take them by surprise. Matt's power set is pretty much perfect to take them out.

@abraham700: I don't know if you read the original post or not, but none of those Predators are the one being used. It's "Scar" from Alien vs Predator.

@abraham700: Again, different Predator. He has feats to speak of that you are failing to consider. Also, that fight was circumstantial in that the Predator wasn't using his full gear, nor was likely estimating the Yakuza appropriately.

I agree DD wins, but you aren't giving Predator credit.
