That depends on if when hawkeye releases his arrows if it makes any sound if not hawkeye would win DD would run towards him hopefully not getting hit or taking to much damage and beat him in hand to hand and Finnish him off
idk. would HE fire an explosive weapon at someone with human level durability ? if not i say DD wins.he has better dodging feats than HE.DD might just throw his baton at his face and run up an smack him.
Eh I'm going to call Hawkeye on this. Given both are aware of each others abilities, I'm thinking Barton would choose the farthest distance to shoot and arrow to avoid any (of what little) sound that would emit from the bow. . . .and more than likely more than one immediately after on the off chance that Murdock may be preoccupied with dodging the first arrow.
OR
Of course there is always the sound emitting arrow that could really put Murdock in a huge disadvantage. Given the arrow would only have to land near him and not on him DD would have nothing to dodge or even know that he would/should want to dismantle what's been shot, soon to make him open game to one of THE BEST marksmen in their universe.
Movie version DD doesn't match his comic book abilities so I'm not sure on this one, hawk eye from avengers definitely had higher skills so probably hawk eye. DD movie sucked, comic DD would kill any version of hawk eye. He hears arrows flying through the air and grabs them with ease, he even snatched one of bulls eyes cards just before it slit elektras throat just from detecting the sound of it slicing through the air
