I don't think she should have beaten him either way but that's how DD's comics have been written as of late.It's like his writers are mad at the outlandish stuff he did back in the day and now they are trying to downplay his abilities.
I'd bet on Daredevil, even though Cassie can ready body movement and is one heck of a fighter DD has a radar sense that can alert him what Cassie is going to do, and his reflexes are just amazing, i think DD's senses and reflexes will be enough to beat Cassie, Cassie can try but i dont think she will win, and i know someone will come on to me for that

Hahaha. Good point. Shadowland Daredevil vs Cassandra would just be unfair.
DD (normal not the beast) has fought against some formidable martial artists such as Black Panther, Taskmaster and he even fought Wolverine to a standstill when he was in a feral state and being controlled by Hydra so those are some feats in DD's favor. However, I've heard Cain is better than Bruce and he is a pretty formidable martial artist. Therefore, that combined with body reading technique makes Cassie the winner imo.
Even though Cassie has superior speed and can read body movement Daredevils radar sense and amazing reflexes should be enough to defeat cass, even though cass can read body movement i think Daredevils senses could prevent her from attacking him, and i dont think she could stop his radar sense either, remember Daredevil is no push over, Spider-Man has super human speed but i think Daredevil has reacted to his speed, overall i think Daredevil wins after a good fight

Daredevil has been hit before by slower people that Cassie. His reflexes will only let him hold his own but it's a matter of time until he go down. Cassie's superior speed and skills should allow her to win, no doubt. Spider-man usually holds back but it's irrelevant here since we know that DD can react to her punches. He just won't do it for long. =]

DD and Cassie aren't equal in any way.DD's radar sense is definitely a bigger asset then her ability to read someone's body but it's been proven that a higher skill level + higher physical ability>radar sense.

Not really. Cassandra is physically better than him and a better fighter. Cassandra does not need to sneak up on him to beat him neither DD is fast enough to disappear in front of her. =]
What on earth made you bump this old chestnut. I love DD but he goes down in this after a hard fought battle, though Cass will for a change know she's been in a fight.

Not really, she could of actually killed a meta human but Batman told her to hold back just enough to KO him. Nothing about a weak point. Cass also kicked right through 3 inches of quartz which is harder then steel. She's the physically superior of the two
Elektra isn't more skilled then Batgirl because she lacks the showings, she can't even beat Bullseye in a serious fight. She beat Taskmaster because Tasky is one of the biggest street level jobbers in Marvel, Deadpool and Daredevil have both beaten him. Also Taskmaster actually beat Elektra earlier and she only won the second time because she figured out how his abilities work.
There is nothing to suggest Cass is physically superior to Shiva, both of them were trading blows back and forward and she ended up grabbing Shiva and breaking her neck.
