DD morals are not what they used to be, which benefits him in this fight. His martial arts and tenacity take down the panther. Home field advantage helps too.
@Fallguy: Daredevil's morals changed in Shadowland because he was possessed by a supernatural being. This is the original Daredevil, not the Shadowland version. Besides, Black Panther can and has killed before, also. Whether or not Daredevil decided to kill anyone here wouldn't make it better for him.

How is Daredevil superior to Black Panther in fighting skills? On top of that, T'Challa doesn't have his vibranium suit.

I think that skill level, they are approximately equal with BP knowing more styles, but DD being more focused. The difference maker for me, is that BP has had more demands on his time i.e. running a country, while DD gets more practical application from his martial arts on a nearly daily basis. BP still trains regularly and still does super hero things, but DD does it more often. Consequently DD's muscle memory will be superior, giving him a slight edge in h2h. That combined with them having approximately equal physical stats now, though BP has a slight edge physically, leads me to giving DD a slight edge in the fight.

Yes but that doesn't matter. He is still high peak human without the herb and is still much smarter and a better overall fighter than DD. Physically wise he's basically Batman (Bruce) level now. Anyway BP after a good fight.

@Shadey: Physically wise, DD is also a peak human. Hand to hand and physical stats are fairly evenly matched. I think this is a great, great match-up. I give the nod to DD though. The one and only reason are his radar enhanced senses. This gives him the edge to win. The only one hero in Marvel U with more agility feats is Spiderman.
He simply dodges more of the punishment than T'challa.
