I have to give it to cap on this one daredevil gets knocked out first than cap takes on batman pretty good fight, but in the end cap takes the win.

batman with or without gadgets

Cap should win it, especially if it is just hand to hand, but Batman could pull out a victory with his utility belt.

I could not see devil winning and batman would have to give it his all to pull of the win.

what if no gadgets no shield

no gadgets and no shield then Cap would definitely win.

but you forget its not one on one its three everybody against everybody

Well Batman and Daredevil are both extremely gifted martial artists who are well above average men in every statistic. They could have a great fight against each other but Batman would eventually win because he knows more techniques and would be able to use a wider variety of moves because of that. Also he wears body armor so he would hold up better.

Captain America is a peak human in everything. He's faster, quicker, stronger and more acrobatic then both of the other two. He also is wearing body armor so he could soak up a lot of damage but wouldn't need to because he has a distinctive quickness advantage. He also is an extremely gifted martial artist. Maybe not in as many styles as Batman but he is experienced in fighting against people who use the styles that Batman has mastered and has perfected his own unique fighting style that Batman would have no experience with.

Cap would have a tough time if both of them were double teaming him but they aren't so it's every man for himself. So Daredevil would go down first and then Cap would be able to capitalize on his many advantages and just take Batman apart.
