Batman is stronger than Daredevil but I have to question the quoted levels of his strength. Bench press 1200 pounds I think - and for a man who is 210 lbs in weight. That's way too much. If he could lift this much he would qualify for superhuman strength.
Daredevil can lift 450 lbs and official text suggest that he is a trained weight lifter. That seems much more reasonable for a man of 200 lbs.
Reaction time and agility - I would peg them both the same.
Daredevils senses may counteract some of Batmans standard moves - his subtle movements in shadow and under his cloak to gather gadgets from his belt to use. DD's senses would spot this (hear it, radar sense it).
Fighting skills - I think that Batman has the edge here. Although DD is a hugely skilled fighter, with mastery of Boxing, Judo and a high level of ability with Ninjitsu (I think), Batman has mastered many martial arts and this provides a greater repotoire to fight with.
Batmans costume is also heavily armoured which would blunt some of DD's attcks.
Batman should win but like I said before, not easily.
