All have morals on , fights to death/Ko , takes place at Wembley Stadium , full rest before each round , no prep. time .

I assume it's composite for DC chars, in which case, stops at 5 if he's not jobbing. Stops at Nightwing most likely.

Stop at 5 if MCU Daredevil, stops at Deathstroke if comic version. Also, comic Deathstroke w/o prep is above Batman w/o prep IMO, and I'm pretty sure a lot would agree.

I would argue Matt would beat Batman, but I am a hundred percent sure he is not stopping at Dick Grayson. Daredevil is too fast and agile for him, Matt was able to react to bullets and even change the trajectory of them to where he wants from just a few feet of distance. His senses are too good, Matt is simply better than Grayson in everything except maybe skill.

As many others said, Daredevil is stopped at 5. No way he gets past Arrow 1v1 let alone with Red Hood in the mix.
