DDs biggest advantage is his agility, Buck will have a hard time tagging him, but Bucky can tank any shot, even his goggles were bulletproof. More likely he odge them, when TWS inevitably snatches the billy clubs from him, he'll have to go h2h, at which point I can't see him winning any more than 1/10. If he'd had a feat like Bullseye where he throws a billy club into a guys chest (iirc) he might have a better shot.
