Daredevil is more acrobatic. I don't think he's actually *faster* though. Billy caught an arrow fired by a master archer from almost point blank range. Similarly, at a greater range Daredevil was able to jump up and spin kick an arrow out of the air. Daredevil regularly flips through automatic gunfire, but in the Arrow comics, Billy was able to outrace automatic fire and quickly close the gap on the shooter, who happened to be a master marksman. In terms of all stats I think they're pretty even, however Billy is the better fighter. He's defeated both Yao Fei and Shado, both of whom had more feats than any of Daredevil's opponents. Perhaps more importantly is the fact that he was Slade Wilson's partner for years and nearly defeated him in a fight; Daredevil wouldn't be able to keep up with Slade. The martial artists in Arrow are just a lot more advanced than in the MCU. It was shown in episode 2 that Matt Murdock had no knowledge of nerve placements, yet Yao Fei was so highly trained that he knew a pressure point technique that could completely stop somebody's pulse, only to reawaken them at a later point with a mere tap. And Billy beat Yao Fei. Even a low tier in Arrow like Count Vertigo was a master of pressure point combat, and Billy would surely defeat him. Basically Daredevil just isn't up to par with any of the characters that Billy has ALREADY defeated.
