Bane for sure, Daredevil gets beaten by street thugs and he had trouble beating fisk...
When he got his armored suit he did just fine. When they first fought, he was already half dead from his fight with Nobu. Daredevil only got messed up once OFF screen with the whole dumpster thing. Even after that he took out a den of thugs.

Daredevil would blind-sense the $hit out of Bane's mask in a second. It'd be tough but in his final suit with the batons, I think he could take 5/10 fights.
DD wins easily. Nolanverse Bane is a badass compared to normal people but at a specific disadvantage here. DD can sense him in any situationa and has home field advantage. DD dictates the battle through positioning, Bane survives for some time and maybe gets a few hits in, but ultimately loses.
Very close fight..I'd give Matt 6/10. Matt certainly proved he can take a beating in this first season. Holding his own against nobu even after all the punishment inflicted on him only to be beaten senseless by Fisk,,,even hanging in here against stick. His speed, senses, and overall toughness should serve him well in this fight. Plus as I believe someone pointed out earlier I think his senses will recognize banes mask as a weakness which he will exploit.
Dd wins. I may have to re watch the last batflick but bane was not that impressive. DD is faster more agile and a better fighter. Bane does hit a lot harder most likely but DD proved he could take mass punishment. He would sense Banes weakness immediately. I would give a solid majority to DD even in his black suit. With his armored suit he takes it even more.

Daredevil had pretty much lost to Fisk before getting back up and winning. Fisk's strength and durability gave him tons of trouble. He would definitely lose for good against Bane, who is stronger, more durable, and more skilled than Fisk. If Batman's suit that took no damage from a fall from a skyscraper couldn't protect him then Daredevil's weaker suit won't either. Simple as that.

If Bane are a better fighter I'd say him. But Matt is far too agile for him, even though Bane initially won't even feel the hits. He will get the mask knocked off sooner or later.
People forget that Nolan did the Batman vs Bane fights slower just so the viewer can see it. In Batman Begins Batman takes out those 12 thugs in a blur. Nolan said that's what you and the thugs were seeing, blurs. That's how fast Batman is.
And Bane definitely kept up with Bruce ( until Bruce cheap shot him in the mask ). So he's no wimp.
That being said, Daredevil has some seriously sweet moves. He doesn't just punch things, he's a martial artist. I give him the majority of the wins.
DD was getting hurt from hits, and tagged by kingpin. Seeing how banes striking power >>>>>kingpin. Bane should be an,e to KO him in 2 or three hits. And then proceed to break his back.
I want to go with DD but I see it going to bane 6/10. Unless the mask is damaged then bane is too much for Matt. Bane just tanks punishment without reacting to things like pain or fatigue unlike Matt. He hits hard enough to break batmans helmet which aludes to his streagth. Also for sences I'm not going to say bane is on matts level but his resistances to sensory altering chemicals and explosions are far above matts and he has his league of shadows training meaning bane doesn't need to see to fight Matt but never the less has sight as an advantage. Like I said if Matt can hit that mask quickly he has a chance but if it drags out bane is the clear winner
I think I might have to change my mind (voted for bane), I stated that due to bane anaesthesia mask he could fight till he kicked matts butt, BUT (see what I did there) I remember that matt can focus in on things like breathing and his radar sense can be fine tuned . so I say Bane starts off with a bang and then matts finishes him by clipping his breathing pipes and ending things.
Matt had a hard time with Punisher... frankly, I'd put Bane over Punisher. Only real difference is that Bane is physically stronger and more durable than Punisher. Hell, I'd put Bane over Kingpin, as well.
Season 2 Matt can surely take the win in my book. He has the damage soak, pain tolerance and the senses to locate Bane's mask. Has the skill to take it out.
