Daredevil, Bullseye, Elektra vs Batman, Green Arrow, Catwoman

What type of weapons does bullseye have?

team 1 bullseye beats arrow elektra destroys catwoman and they all take down batman

team 1.......elektra could beat arrow and catwoman....dd and bullseye own batman....

Two assassins and a man without fear = way more combat experience then the other team

If this was a straight up H2H fight I would say Team 1, since Catwoman is a weak link for Team 2. But Team 2 has home field advantage, a sneak attack for Catwoman, and (unless I'm mistaken) standard equipment for all, which is a big plus for Batman.

Im going team marvel here a sneak attack wont do crap against Matt (Radar sense hello?) so thats pretty much useless and any of them could take her out with ease.
So the way i see it match ups go Bullseye vs Green Arrow Daredevil vs Batman and Elektra vs Catwoman

Elektra murders Catwoman
Batman takes down Daredevil
 
From there its two to one and a pretty easy victory

Team 2 can win if they're willing to fight dirty (with morals off and all as stated in the OP). Well Batman has sonic batarangs now whilst he doesn't usually use them (it's obviously due to plot because if he did use them regularly his enemies wouldn't have much of a chance), he would use them here with no morals like why wouldn't he want to use a weapon that powerful and that not many people have a counter to? Green Arrow also has sonic and magnesium arrows capable of deafening and blinding enemies, once again why wouldn't he use them? So sonics eliminate Daredevil, magnesium arrows blind Bullseye and Elektra isn't much being deafened and blind at this point, oh yeah Catwoman is eliminated by the sonics and magnesium arrows.

Morals are off, he wants to win a fight, why wouldn't he use them? "

Team 1 Bullseye beats Green Arrow and Elektra could kill Catwoman without hardly any effort and DD and Batman's fight would probably last long enough so when Elektra or Bullseye defest their opponents they could help DD take down Batman.  

Green arrow would be murdered by Elektra or Bullseye, same goes for Catwoman
Daredevil would be keeping Bats busy until be gets ganged up on by Elektra and Bullseye and team two stomps

Team 1 wins.....

Even though Batman would beat Daredevil after a good fight,Bullseye and Elektra humiliate Catwoman and Green Arrow,and then come to aid DD.

Batman gets overwhelmed.

Team 1 stomps possibly.Depends how long can Batman last.He could probably take down Elektra or Bullseye before he loses.

If the Green Arrow was Connor Hawke, then it would be closer...or you could replace Catwoman with Black Canary, or Chesire.

I say team 2. When I saw the title I thought team 1, but the description makes me lean towards team 2. First of all there is no morals, which is a massive advantage to team 2, since 2 of team 1's characters are villains and don't hold back anyway, whilst all of team 2, with the exception of maybe Catwoman hold back greatly and would have a major advantage in combat with no morals. The fight takes place in Gotham, so not only does Batman know the area well, Catwoman does also. As well as this, Catwoman gets a sneak attack on someone, which would be useless on Daredevil, but she could use it on Bullseye which would stop team 1's ranged attacks whilst she fights him, although she would eventually lose; closing the distance would help her out significantly though. The final thing which made me say team 2 is that Batman and Catwoman have great teamwork, better than anybody on team 1's.
