I'd say Tesler. Mostly because Daredevil has no way to defend himself against Tesler's hands without a disk, and will have to keep his distance.

P.S You should have put derezzing as a way to win :P

Dare Devil is agile enough to keep his distance and dodge around Tesler, who is probably too slow to catch Matt with his "hands of derezzerment"

While Murdock can get close and hit Tesler where it matters, earning him the incapacitation win
