Dante vs. Spider-Man

Spite and mismatch. Dante wins with hands tied to his back just using headbutt
He can also hurt your feelings
Spidey's been throwing sick burns since the sixties, nothing Dante says is witty, funny or even on Spider-Man's level.
Realistically speaking he has this fight in both rounds because he's smart enough to go to any of his hero friends to give him some help against someone like him, and then he talks down Dante like the lost son of Kurt Kobain and Cruella Deville he is and just epically wins being a bigger loudmouth.
Cosmic Spiderman? That's cute. -Whispers.- SMT Dante.
LOL Multiversal pizza all the way
Spidey in both rounds, only with the feats he has as Cosmic Spider-Man
Spider-Man wins in the humor, hes smarter and witter than the rest of the competition. Plus more feats.
Spidey calls Dante a swashbuckling Santa in the closet and traps him in magic resistant webbing with a pun about the North Pole afterwards.
Dante merks him in R1.
R2 is probably Spidey TBH.
Dante has some awesome one liners but Spidey has decades worth of gold.
Spider-Man needs Cosmic Spidey for this
But in Jokes. Spidey is to Witty Trash Talking Action Heroes as Superman is to well Superheroes and Modern Hero Archetypes. Dante isn't really witty, he's just a loudmouth braggart. Spider-Man has no rivals when he's on snark or on Roast Mode, Deadpools writer Joe Kelly has admitted this. But since Spidey is nice, he tries not to be mean or stoop to others level in being insufferably rude with his banter, only reason Deadpool is more a jokester in comparison is because he has no real filter and has no real class like a real comedian does, he tries to be funny while Spider-Man naturally is because he's smart enough to use any joke that has more light hearted creativity, So Spider-Man is naturally trying to be funny while on Hard mode. Deadpool and Dante are always stuck on easy mode because their attempts at humor always comes off as try hard edge.
