Dante wins all rounds. The guy has fought worst enemies than Hulk.

i don't know much about dante, but judging from my beating dante many a time as hulk in marvel vs capcom 3, i would say hulk wins. lol
 
but seriously i dont know much but im pretty sure most versions of hulk could beat most versions of dante

in my opinion Dante is not that much weaker than Hulk in physical strength and add his speed agility and weapons along with devil trigger i dont see Hulk lasting too long

I really don't know how these 2 can hurt each other.

This is how i see it, the more cautious and evasive Dante is, the better his chances. Also will help if he doesn't quip too much. Hulk can be deceptively fast and attacks like T-Clap could throw off Dante and if Hulk grounds Dante enough to start smashing him over and over... but yeah, I give this to Dante. I see it as his to lose. Big sword, awesome strength, speed, agility = big pain for Hulk. 

Dante wins, people that say Hulk wins knows nothing about Dante.

Possibly I'll be alone with this, but matching a comicbook character against a player controlled character from a video game is kinda silly, since the PCC usually cannot loose.

Well he has some crazy feats during cut scenes. Those were not controlled by the player:

He has one inch punched a 500 foot wall of bricks and shattered it effortlessly.

He has caught a punch from a living statue that was heavy as a few 100s of tons. The punch and momentum itself suggest that he held up more than a force of 100s of tons. He then tossed the statue's hand to his side.

He has an amazing healing factor, better than Wolverines.

He has perfect aim better than Hawkeye and Bullseye.

His speed incredible, he can swing his sword so fast you can't even see it, and it can stop raindrops from touching him.

He has incredible martial arts skill.

This are all consistent. That's the reason why Dante is an extreme powerhouse. Those are all without his Devil Trigger(s).

He's also a product of a style-obessed games director that has a habit of making everything looks as awsome as inhumanly possible.

In his back-story, Dante's dad was supposedly even more kick-ass than his sons, but apparently he died as some point. Dante on the other hand gets nailed to the floor with a humongous sword in the first game, then proceds to push him self off it in an impossible angle and over the guard no less, yet still claim he wont be around in 2000 years.

The dude who was an extra in Final fantasy Advent Children would get face smashed in. Unless Danta was using the Sparda, none of his attacks from his guns and Swords would do any damage to the Hulk.  His styles would have no effect neither due to they are mostly for show and dazzle.

The Hulk would just stand there and looking at Dante dumbfounded and just say " Do you know who I am. I'm da Hulk, Bitch" right before ending the match with a Falcon Hulk Punch.
