Dante activates quicksilver (makes him go crazy fast/makes everything else stand still). He wouldn't even really need his sword to kill Magneto, and even without quicksilver he is more than fast enough to react to anything Eric can throw at him.

Without Mags,Team has people that can solo eg.Dante and Vergil(Both are WAY to fast,durable and powerful to be stopped).

With Mags:Team still wins after Devil Brothers double team mags and slice his head while time is stopped.

As for Team vs Shinobis, just Dante or Vergil is enough,Dante can blitz(yeah,he can) is way to durable for normal techniques to harm,plus his weapons are OP,if he has Yamato then he can arguably cut buildings(and people)in half from miles away.Vergil is FASTER than Dante,is way more ruthless he can probalbly kill 10~15 ninjas before they can react.With the rest of the team this is just overkill.

As for Team vs Mags:They can either blitz him,use non metal weapons(like using Agni & Rudra to fry him,or that electric guitar to do the same(with style!!!).He is still outmatched by the team.

In Short: Team is just overkill even with Mags,even so in one hour most of the villages big shots would be dead or incapacitated.

Dante can, ala' Quicksilver, Vergil is just extremely fast because of how his Dark Slayer style works.

I see, is Vergil faster than Dante?

Team. Vergil and Dante alone are going to be able to take down most of the village due to having great speed, durability, stamina and etc. With their versatility advantage they can utilize the advantage through time manipulation which Dante has, sheer skill and style along with technique such as Dark Slayer which Vergil has, and with these advantages they are going to be a powerful force. Add in DT and the village won`t be able to take them down, Kenshiro`s raw strength will also help as through his techniques he will be able to inflict massive damage.
