Really depends on how much episodes of both shows you finish I just finished every episode of DP on Netflix and he has some pretty empressive feats while I only finished a few ADJL episodes on anime44.com so for now I'll say Danny

Danny's powerset were very impressive by the end of his series. He could beat some really well known heroes imo.
