First Round: Danny doesn't have his ghostly wail or the cryokinesis, deadpool has a week of prep, all his weapons are modified so they can hurt ghost, he has: dual pistols with unlimited bullets but must reload, an assault rifle with 3 rounds, 6 ecto-grenades, 2 katanas
Second Round: same weapons but dan has his ice powers.
