On topic, without prep, Bats is not going to be able to hit Danny while he's intangible. However, Danny hasn't been shown as able to attack while intangible, so it's safe to assume he has to turn back to a solid before actually launching an assault. Once he does that, Bats has handled worse.

@Mad8Baller: Danny may have the ability to turn intangible but as I've already mentioned, not at the same time as attacking. And tell me, how is Danny going to dodge a flashbang batarang that's detonated in his intangible face? After that, even if he stays intangible while disoriented, vanishing while someone is not looking is Batman's specialty. What's Danny going to attack when his opponent has vanished. After that, it's just a matter of waiting til Danny turns un-intangible, and taking him down in one hit.

And for what it's worth, I sincerely apologize if I seem overly irritated. I am suffering from a mild case of insomnia at the moment.

@JonSmith: All Danny has to do is go intangible and overshadow batman, strip himself completely naked, and jump off of a high building and then leave Batman's body as he is falling. Without his toys to save him, Batman falls to his demise, unless he somehow gains the ability to fly...

@Nihonzaki: I'm fairly certain Bats has resisted possession before, and even Jack Fenton can resist a debatably more skilled ghost, such as Vlad Plasmius. Danny couldn't make Bats lift a finger, much less do as you say. All that would do is force Danny out of Bats, which has been shown in the past to disorient Danny enough to not be ready for a counter attack.
