I suppose that Lady Bullseye has more self-control than Damian Wayne and that can help her greatly.

Despite Lady B getting stomped by a pissed off Daredevil recently, shes also stalemated Black Widow and even beat DD in her first appearence. She should win.

Lady bullseye has defeated black widow, held her own against elektra, and has been compared to regular bullseye by daredevil (he might have been referring to hand to hand ability, but even that should be above Damian).

She takes it.

The mud pit should slow down Damian enough for Lady Bullseye to get some clear hits, Damian doesn't generally use thrown projectiles in character and prefers getting in close and personal which isn't in his favour here.

Lady Bullseye will not touch him any time soon. Damian can stand up to Connor Hawke and The Heretic, both who have been stated to be stronger than Batman himself before, not to mention Damian beated up Talia Al Ghul at the age of 9 before.
