Depends on how far apart they start and where the battle takes place. If Daken can close the distance (and uses those pheromones) he can take this.

take away Shocker's gauntlets and what do you have? Just a dude. Take away Daken's powers and what do you have? A master assassin, martial artist and one of Marvel's greatest fighters. Maybe shocker can get one or 2 decent blows on Daken, but Daken would return pretty quickly, get close enough to him and destroy him.

@CF12793: Daken has good blunt force durability as well. He's taken hits from Skaar and Thing without getting seriously injured.

Daken because of his speed, agility, reflexes, skills, and claws. Shocker would get 1 or 2 shots until Daken defeats him.

With prep Shocker may actually win. When he was given prep against Spider-man he absolutely roflstomped Peter. He upgraded his tech so he was able to fly, discharge HUGE amounts of energy and he had a personal vibro-force feild. Spider-man even gave him a ten ton punch to the face and he didn't even feel it:

Shocker with prep is no joke. Daken will have trouble getting close to Shocker with flight and a forcefield that automatically activates upon sign of movement.

Daken will have problems with Shocker but he has a chance of winning.
