With Prep:Deathstroke stomps.
No prep: Daken barely.
Daken takes Slade in a random encounter more often then not. He has tagged faster then Daken, and has also been tagged himself by slower then Daken. Like being stabbed in the eye by Green Arrow, and hit with a throwing weapon by Tim Drake in Titans for instance. Slade preps when he beats teams, so without that luxury someone who is equal somewhat in physicality should be able to do damage. We have to remember that Slade is only as good as he is because of the serum making him think alot faster then the norm, and no specialized training on his part. No, scratch that, there is also his training by Natas. But something tells me Romulus would destroy Natas,(mostly because of his superior stats). Either way Daken could take Slade if it was a fight Slade wasn't expecting to have 5/10 fights

Daken does stand a chance, but contrary to popular belief, he rarely, if ever uses his pheromones for combat purposes. Out of all his major showings, he has done so only in two, and only one was against a street level character (Spider-Man). As such, Daken is reasonably more skilled, with a superior healing factor, but inferior strength, reflexes and equipment. Slade should win more often than not.

He used pheremones to make Skaar angry in their first encounter, but he didn't actually fight Skaar. He wanted to test him before offering him a spot in the Dark Avengers. When he fought and beat Skaar, there was no indication of him using his pheremones.
Still Deathstroke. More so after seeing Daken's pappy school him once again in the pages of X-Force # 34 (as he tends to do, when he stops holding back).
Deathstroke is a close shave for the real deal in a random (i.e. Wolverine). Daken, despite pheromones, is an inferior version IMHO.
FYI; he attempted to calm Logan using pheromones in their last battle. Wolverine recognized it and then proceeded to do what he does best regardless. Pheromones give an edge, but they are not a guarantee.

Honestly is a PIS cuz Remender kills everyone. But he wont kill Wolverine.

Sorry. There's nothing there to suggest the showing was PIS at all. Well written actually.
@wollfmyth209: How does he have superior physicals?
@cdiddyman911: He has better feats across the board, on top of fighting with more physically imposing foes than Slade.
