I'll go with Dagger. Her light daggers go wherever she wills them and as soon as they hit Pixie, Pixie will be on the ground falling unconscious. Luckily for these two characters, even with morals on, their powers are not really hurting each other.
@Edgeworth_11: Pixie will most likely use her teleporting skill to dodge the daggers being projected towards her, at that moment, she would end up in a random close proximity location next to Dagger and use her pixie dust ability, causing Dagger to experience comedic illusions, in which Pixie would then finish Dagger by beating her or teleporting Dagger away to a volcano?
I think Pixie has a good advantage here with her teleporting. Dagger's more experienced in combat but Pixie is no pushover and can evade, use her Pixie dust and if she still has her soul dagger (not sure on that) then I think she has a decent chance to take out Dagger. This could go either way but I see a slight majority for Pixie IMO.
