Cyttorak vs Phoenix Force

Recently we saw that Cyttorak can rival the Phoenix Force (he overpowered 1/5 of it which was in Colossus without any effort). So for the joy of fans(and anger of haters) he has another "good" feat, besides:

- his energies destroying realm/universe of Trion

- overpowereing Vishanti, than overpowering Galactus, Strange, Nova and Surfer...

Anyway, as seen of him so far, can he defeat the Phonix Force ? Or stealmate it perhaps ? There is no doubt that Cyttorak is a top tier of Marvel so please don't post something like:

AHH!!! Cyttorak is overratted cunt !!! and similar comments.

In his own dimension cyttorak wastes the phoenix but outta it i'm going more phoenix .

Fair enough. I've been following events on this forum for quite some time. It appears the guy who has written Avengers vs X-men, did the same :-). Since theory that Cyttorak is more powerful in Crimson Cosmos than out of it was coined here as far as I remember.
